Services must be scheduled and redeemed within the specified bundle duration, starting December 2023 and ending no later than November 30, 2024.
Discounts and offers included in the bundles must be used for services at the single family residential property address associated with the purchase and cannot be applied to services at different addresses.
Discounts and services are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift Certificates/Codes/Coupons must be presented at the time of service to apply and cannot be combined with other offers. Present this to the termite inspector or email Info@TwinTermiteSoCal.com to redeem.
Discounts on fumigation and local termite treatments will not be redeemable during the period of August 1st-September 31st.
Cancellations for scheduled services must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
For prepaid bundles, a refund request must be made by December 15th, 2023 for a full refund. A full refund will not be issued if services have already been performed.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after January 31st, 2024, except under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the company.
No refunds will be provided for Gift Certificates after December 15th, 2023. Refunds for Gift Certificates can only be refunded to the original purchaser. Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.
The Black Friday deal is not auto-renewing.
Customers are responsible for ensuring property access for pest control technicians during the regular recurring service.
A signature will be required at or prior to the first initial pest control service, prior to any treatment or application be applied to the property. The signature authorizes the work and treatment and is a compliance requirement by the Structural Pest Control Board of California.
